How it Works
Botox
Botox can minimize the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles caused by facial expressions. It's a non-surgical, non-permanent procedure that is minimally invasive. Repeated movement such as squinting, or frowning causes the skin to fold and furrow. This results in the gradual formation of facial lines. Botox is a neuromuscular blocking injectable meaning it stops the transmission of chemicals that tell muscles to move.
The ideal candidate for Botox wants to reduce the look of fine lines in the upper face such as between the brows, the forehead, and around the eyes. Botox does not work on static lines such as wrinkles caused by sagging or loss of volume in the face. This includes the cheeks, neck, and jowl area.
Fillers
As we age, our collagen production declines. This results in our faces hollowing and the loss of facial plumpness. If you're looking to restore volume to the face, you may want to consider dermal fillers. Dermal fillers are soft tissue fillers designed to add volume and fullness to the face. Fillers can last 6 months to 2 years depending on the brand. Fillers can correct:
- Filling shallow areas on the face
- Soften static wrinkles, especially in the lower face
- Soften recessed scars
- Plump thinning lips

Dermapen is a more natural and economical approach to anti-aging skin rejuvenation and the treatment of acne scarring and stretch marks.
By using the body’s own healing process, the Dermapen treatment stimulates new collagen by creating very small, controlled wounds in the dermis by “stamping” the skin’s surface with very thin micro needles.
Treatment Information
To make the experience as comfortable as possible, a topical numbing cream is applied 20 minutes prior to the Dermapen treatment. Once the treatment area is numb, the first topical infusion treatment (containing hyaluronic acid to improve skin hydration and/or phyto-boost to treat hyperpigmentation) is applied. Using an automated stamp-like motion, the micro needles penetrate the skin in a very controlled, precise manner; creating very small channels deep into the dermis layer of the skin.
